How Monterra Konaci collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit this website or send us an inquiry.
In short
We collect only what we need to answer your inquiry and manage your stay. We never sell your personal data.
1. Who we are
This website promotes and takes direct booking inquiries for a 22 m² apartment in Konaci, Kopaonik, Serbia. The data controller is: Monterra Konaci, Square Josifa Pančića, email: info@monterra.rs, phone: +381 60 639 06 05.
This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and what rights you have. It applies to visitors from Serbia and from the European Union.
2. What data we collect
Inquiry and contact forms: your name, email address, phone number (optional), number of guests, preferred dates and the message you write.
Booking calendar inquiries: the dates you select, the number of guests and your contact details. Inquiries are saved on our website and sent to the owner by email.
Technical data: your IP address, browser type, device and the pages you visit, collected through server logs and cookies. Spam protection, such as Cloudflare Turnstile, may be used on forms. If you book through Booking.com or another platform, that platform handles your data under its own policy.
3. Why we use it
We use your data to reply to your inquiry and prepare a booking (contract or pre-contract steps), to meet legal duties such as guest registration where the law requires it, to keep the website secure and prevent spam (our legitimate interest), and, only with your consent, for non-essential cookies such as analytics.
4. Cookies
This site uses cookies. Necessary cookies keep the site working. Others, such as analytics or marketing cookies, are only set if you agree in the cookie banner provided by CookieYes.

5. Who we share it with
