Guest registration and ID<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/span>\n

By law, the owner must register all guests. Each guest must show a valid ID or passport on arrival. We cannot accommodate guests without registration. <\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\n<\/details>\n

Booking, payment and deposit<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/span>\n

Non-cancellable booking and changes<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/span>\n

\u2022 Bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable<\/strong>. The deposit and the price of the stay are not returned for cancellation, late arrival, early departure or no-show.
\u2022 Please check your dates and number of guests carefully before confirming.
\u2022 Changes of dates<\/strong> are possible only with the owner\u2019s agreement, subject to availability and no later than [7]<\/strong> days before arrival. Additional limits may apply to peak dates (holidays, school breaks).
\u2022 If you cannot travel, you may transfer the booking to another person<\/strong> with prior notice to the owner.
\u2022 If the owner has to cancel for reasons beyond your control, the amount paid is refunded in full or a replacement date is offered. <\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\n<\/details>\n

Tourist tax and extra costs<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/span>\n

The local tourist tax is not included in the price and is paid on arrival. Any extra costs (for example final cleaning or unusual energy use) are stated when the booking is confirmed. <\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\n<\/details>\n

House rules<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/span>\n

\u2022 No smoking<\/strong> inside the studio. Extra cleaning of 100\u20ac<\/strong> applies if smoke is detected.
\u2022 Parties and gatherings are not allowed. Visitors only by prior agreement.
\u2022 Put waste in the bins outside the building, not in hallways.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\n<\/details>\n

Using the apartment and equipment<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/span>\n

\u2022 When you leave, close the windows, switch off the lights and turn the heating down.
\u2022 Keep the kitchen clean and return items to their place.
\u2022 Store ski gear and wet boots in the designated area, not on the beds.

Damage, loss and liability<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/span>\n
